Relaxation Massage is about drifting away and feeling good. The therapist uses long, flowing, nurturing strokes in the direction of the heart. Pressure is deeply relaxing, but not painful. The objective is to relax the body by concentrating on the superficial muscle layers to increase circulation and the removal of toxins from the body, leaving you feeling nurtured and relaxed in body and mind.
Attention on your environment is taken by playing soothing music, using warm towels, and occasionally essential oils to enhance the effect of the Massage.
